Juman 2 is located in the Marina District of Luluat Al Raha, within Al Raha Beach. This neighborhood connects homes to a new waterfront area featuring promenades, landscaped gardens, and convenient access to daily necessities. It is designed as a tranquil residential community by the water, while still being close to the city’s main routes.

Architecture & Exteriors
The design emphasizes light, water, and greenery. Buildings are oriented to frame views of the marina and skyline, featuring large glass panels and shaded terraces. Planted edges and water features help soften the microclimate and enhance the public space. The overall result is a modern waterfront aesthetic that remains practical for the sun and heat of Abu Dhabi.

Interiors & Layouts
The layouts are efficient and bright, featuring distinct areas for living, dining, and rest. Some designs include study nooks or maid’s rooms for added flexibility. The material palettes are warm and modern, creating a calm and timeless atmosphere that appeals to both end users and investors.
