Talay at Marsa Al Saadiyat

Talay introduces a private collection of just 167 standalone villas within Marsa Al Saadiyat, Aldar’s major new waterfront destination on Saadiyat Island. Designed around space, privacy and long-term family living, the gated community offers 4-, 5- and 6-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 5,403–6,781 sq ft. Each villa type provides generous proportions, giving families more room to live, gather and settle into one of Abu Dhabi’s most established premium island destinations.

Beyond the community, Talay becomes part of the much larger 6.4 million sqm Marsa Al Saadiyat masterplan, planned with 8 km of waterfront and 5.6 km of beaches.
